Putting our best prices online gives our customers an easier buying process and allows each shopper to build real payment plans without contacting a dealership. Occasionally a vehicle's price may be changed online due to market conditions, vehicle age, and other industry variables.
Delivery Experience
Taking home delivery of a Faulkner Direct vehicle is easy. As part of the vehicle purchase process, you'll schedule vehicle delivery. When your vehicle is on the way, you'll receive a courtesy call from our delivery team. If you prefer to pick your vehicle up at a convenient Faulkner Location, we can arrange that as well.
3-Day Return
We want you to love your vehicle and to be completely satisfied. If you don't love the vehicle you've purchased, contact us within 3 days of delivery (and under 300 miles driven) to talk about options, including the return of your vehicle at the full purchase price. (Delivery fees are not refundable)
30-Day Exchange
If you're not happy with your vehicle in the first 30 days/1000 miles, you can exchange it for another Faulkner Direct vehicle. Maybe it doesn't fit in your garage, maybe the color clashes with your house. No matter what the reason, we want you to be happy, so bring it back and we'll find one you like better.
Factory Certification
